Position Overview Sharp Infotech Inc is seeking QA Automation Engineers / Quality Analysts to support enterprise software testing and quality assurance initiatives for our clients. The selected candidates will develop automation frameworks, execute functional and API testing, analyze quality data, and support continuous integration pipelines to ensure high-quality software releases. Key Responsibilities • Design and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, Python, or Cucumber • Develop automated test scripts for web applications and backend services • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing • Automate API testing using tools such as Rest Assured, SoapUI, and Postman • Integrate automation test suites with CI/CD pipelines using Git, Maven, Gradle, and Bitbucket • Analyze application and operational data to identify quality issues and performance trends • Develop reports and dashboards summarizing testing results and quality metrics • Manage test cases, defects, and documentation using JIRA, ALM, qTest, and Confluence • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Experience with software testing and automation frameworks • Experience with Selenium, Java, Python, or similar automation tools • Experience with API testing tools • Experience using test management and defect tracking tools Preferred Qualifications • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Experience with SQL or data analysis tools • Experience supporting enterprise software platforms • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
