Position Overview Sharp Infotech Inc is seeking Ab Initio Developers / Data Integration Engineers to support enterprise data engineering and cloud migration initiatives for our clients. The selected candidates will design and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise data integration frameworks using technologies such as Ab Initio, Snowflake, Jenkins, and cloud-based data platforms. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Ab Initio Graphical Development Environment (GDE) • Develop data transformation components using Ab Initio Multifile Systems (MFS) • Integrate Ab Initio pipelines with Snowflake cloud data warehouse • Implement Pushdown Optimization techniques to leverage Snowflake distributed compute • Develop schema evolution strategies using Snowflake clustering keys and micro-partitioning • Build automated data validation and data quality frameworks • Implement automation pipelines using Jenkins and Jenkinsfiles • Integrate Ab Initio EME with Git-based version control systems • Analyze system performance using Snowflake query profiles and Ab Initio logs • Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and enterprise data governance practices Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Experience with Ab Initio ETL development • Experience with Snowflake or cloud data warehouses • Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines • Strong SQL and data transformation experience • Experience with Git or version control systems Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Jenkins or CI/CD automation frameworks • Experience with cloud data platforms • Experience with data governance and metadata management • Experience supporting enterprise analytics systems
