Position Overview Sharp Infotech Inc is seeking qualified candidates for the role of ServiceNow Engineer / Platform Specialist / ITSM Developer to support enterprise ServiceNow implementations and platform operations for our clients. The selected candidates will work on designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow platform solutions across modules including IT Service Management (ITSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Configuration Management (CMDB), and IT Asset Management (ITAM). Key Responsibilities ServiceNow Platform Development • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow platform solutions aligned with business requirements. • Customize ServiceNow applications using server-side and client-side scripting. • Develop components including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions. • Configure modules such as Incident, Problem, Change Management, and Service Catalog. Platform Automation & Workflow Development • Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and ServiceNow Workflow Engine. • Automate business processes and service delivery operations. • Optimize platform performance and ensure scalable architecture design.
